ISCO continues Employee Education Programs   

In 2003 International Supply Company advanced our education commitment for our employees. ISCO teamed with a leading local college to implement a dedicated training program for ISCO employees. This training program was conducted on site at our facility. Key aspects of this program included, customer service, advanced team building, performance management, and foundations of leadership. International Supply Company and its employees were given an outstanding achievement award from the college.

All ISCO employees participated in these programs. These programs and training classes have increased the strength of our already strong foundation. In our continuing effort to be better than best, ISCO has again made employee training and education a top priority in 2004. ISCO is currently in a 3 day program, February 23, 24 and 25, providing additional training and educational programs for all our employees so we can stay on top of our commitments and service to our customers.
